1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website of NexSolx Technologies (nexsolx.com) or engaging our digital growth, SEO, web development, or performance marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services & Deliverables
NexSolx provides enterprise growth solutions including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Paid Advertising Management, Web Development, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). The specific deliverables, project milestones, and commercial terms of each client engagement are detailed in a written Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
3. Client Obligations & Account Ownership
Clients agree to provide timely access to ad accounts, search consoles, CMS platforms, and required assets. The client retains full ownership of their advertising accounts, domain registrations, proprietary data, and customer information throughout and following the engagement.
4. Estimates, Projections & Guarantees
Any performance estimates, ROI calculations, or growth projections provided on this website (including our interactive ROI Estimator) are illustrative models based on historical client benchmarks and market data. They do not constitute a binding financial guarantee of specific future results, as third-party platform algorithms (Google, Meta) and market conditions vary.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom deliverables, code, creative assets, and documentation produced for the client upon full payment become the intellectual property of the client, subject to the terms of the applicable Statement of Work. NexSolx retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, general tools, and pre-existing code libraries.
6. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
